Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years with a refractory wound area between 2 and 10cm² who have not received other biologic therapies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs; Patients allergic to platelet-rich plasma; Pregnant or lactating female patients; Patients who cannot receive long-term follow-up observation.
