Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Carers who: a) Are the primary carers of patients of pancreatic cancer who have a life expectancy of more than six months and are ready to be discharged from their initial radical resection surgery b) aged over 18 years of age c) Have or had blood or marital relationships with survivors of pancreatic cancer d) Have sufficient ability to read and communicate to enable them to complete the survey e) Have no cognitive impairment Patients who: a) Have pancreatic cancer with a life expectancy of more than six months and are ready to be discharged from their initial radical resection surgery b) aged over 18 years of age c) Have or had blood or marital relationships with their family carers d) Have sufficient ability to read and communicate to enable them to complete the survey e) Have no cognitive impairment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Carers who: a) Care for people of pancreatic cancer who have distant metastasis of cancer at the time of recruitment b) are paid for their caregiving work c) Are unable to read or write d) Have severe health problems that would prevent them from participating in the survey over time Patients who: a) Have pancreatic cancer with distant metastasis of cancer at the time of recruitment b) Are unable to read or write c) Have severe health problems that would prevent them from participating in the survey over time
