18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males, aged 18-65 years, body mass index 18-25 kg/m^2, ASA classification I-II, undergoing the abdominal surgery and can benefit from unilateral QLB, can fully understand the research content, have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: local anesthetic allergy, abnormal coagulation function, loss of skin sensation, undergoing lower limb surgery, difficulty in communicating with medical staff, infection near puncture site, abnormal anatomy, history of trunk and hip surgery, contraindication of quadratus lumborum block, chronic pain or receiving chronic pain treatment, neurological dysfunction and mental illness history.

The positive condition in each region 40 min after the AQLB ;

Loss of dermatome sensation 40 min after the AQLB ;lower limb muscle strength;Time to first ambulation;
