Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? All subjects met the diagnostic criteria for chronic ankle instability established by the International Foot and Ankle Association. ? All subjects have not received rehabilitation treatment for chronic ankle instability in the past three months. ? Able to complete the questionnaire independently and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Previous surgery history of any lower limb (such as bones, joint structures and nerves) ? There is a history of fracture in either lower extremity, which needs to be reset. ? In the first 3 months, acute damage occurred to the musculoskeletal structures of other joints of the lower limbs, affecting joint integrity and function (such as sprains and fractures), resulting in at least one day of interruption of physical activity. ? Those who are participating in other clinical trials related to this study; ? Visual and vestibular dysfunction. ? Suffering from diseases that affect general movement.
