Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To recruit eligible individuals (Chinese subjects only) between the ages of 44 and 60, having a body mass index ? 25 kg/m2, and having mobile phones that support WhatsApp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusive criteria include medical conditions restricting physical activity, psychiatric illnesses, or engagement in a weight loss program.
