Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women, aged 25-40; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of repeated planting failure; 3. There are D3 day high-quality frozen embryos that can be transplanted (the number of embryonic cells on the third day after fertilization is 7-9, the fraction of fragments is less than 10%, with stage specific cell size, and no multinucleate) or frozen blastocysts (= 3BB); 4. During the period of estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy, the intimal thickness on the day of intimal transformation was = 7 mm; 5. Volunteer and agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients preparing for PGD; 2. Egg donor; 3. Chromosome abnormalities of both or one spouse (excluding chromosome polymorphism); 4. Patients with implantation failure due to embryonic factors; 5. Uterine diseases that may affect implantation (including uterine malformation, uterine tuberculosis, uterine cavity adhesion history, submucous myoma, adenomyosis,>4 cm uterine intramural myoma); 6. Repeated spontaneous abortion (fetal loss before 28 weeks of pregnancy in the past = 2 times); 7. Those with other endocrine diseases, such as thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, insulin resistance, diabetes, adrenal diseases, etc., whose hormone levels have not been well controlled in the past three months; 8. Definitely diagnosed autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc; 9. Untreated patients with hydrosalpinx; 10. People who are allergic to the drugs in this study.
