Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients whose age>18 years old and<80 years old, regardless of gender 2: Patients with definite diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and diabetes foot 3: Patients with complete inpatient medical records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with acute severe complications such as hyperglycemia and hyperosmotic state 2: Patients with malignant tumors or mental disorders 3: Pregnant or lactating patients 4: Patients with incomplete inpatient medical records
