Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is planned to perform single hole thoracoscopic surgery, ASA grade I - II, age 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with non intubated thoracoscopy, contralateral phrenic nerve palsy, expected airway difficulties, persistent cough or excessive airway secretions, high risk of aspiration, serious cardiopulmonary dysfunction, body mass index (BMI) > 30kg / m2, extensive pleural adhesion or secondary lung surgery are rejected.
