Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age 18-75 years old ; ( 2 ) Patients with unilateral hemiplegia for the first time, 2 weeks = course of disease = 12 months ; ( 3 ) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, can cooperate to complete the relevant testing and evaluation items, concise mental state examination scale ( MMSE ) > 24 points ; ( 4 ) Brunnstrom stage of lower limbs reached 4 and above ; ( 5 ) Patients agreed to sign the informed consent form of this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) FAC < 2 ; ( 2 ) Combined with other nervous system or mental illness ; ( 3 ) Patients with limb dysfunction or walking difficulties before onset ; ( 4 ) visual acuity, visual field disorder, unilateral neglect, etc. ; ( 5 ) patients with severe kidney, musculoskeletal or cardiovascular diseases ; ( 6 ) There are sensory disorders and limited passive joint mobility of lower limbs.
