Interventions

Esmolamine group:0.1% ropivacaine and 0.3mg/ml esmolamine
Sufentanil group:0.1% ropivacaine and 0.5ug/ml sufentanil

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASAII, 18-40 years old, height = 150cm, weight = 100kg, singleton cephalic full-term pregnancy (gestational age = 37 weeks), natural delivery, cervical dilatation = 5cm, requiring labor analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Core body temperature = 37 ? (tympanic membrane), taking drugs that affect body temperature such as acetaminophen within 6 hours, contraindications for epidural anesthesia, allergy to research drugs, severe obstetrical complications (pregnancy with thyroid dysfunction, etc.), refused to participate in this study.
