Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia (2) To enter PACU for anesthesia after operation (3) Age =18 years (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to III (5) The score of Minimum Mental State Examination was > 20 on the day before operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe sensory organ defects (such as vision or hearing damage) and/or cannot communicate normally (2) Central nervous system disease (3) head and neck trauma (4) thyroid dysfunction (5) History of mental illness and/or long -term taking such drugs (6) Severe cardiovascular disease (NYHA> level 2, implant pacemaker or cardiologist) and/or patients with a history of coronary heart disease (7) Severe liver dysfunction (Child-PUGH classification> A) (8) Patients with renal dysfunction (SCR> 177umol/L) and/or need dialysis treatment (9) Patients with oral vascular tensionase converting enzyme inhibitors or oral vascular tension receptor blockers (10) Other surgery was undergoing within 30 days before the operation (11) Emergency surgery (12) Improper data collection (13) Patients refuse
