Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Single, cephalic, full-term pregnancy and primipara who need labor analgesia ? ASA Grade II ? Body temperature before delivery is 36-37.5?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There is contraindication of epidural block ? There are obstetric complications such as placenta previa, placental abruption, diabetes, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, and eclampsia. ? Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism ? Body temperature before delivery is > 37.5? ? The infection was diagnosed in the human body ? History of mental illness ? Allergic to drugs involved in the experiment
