Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 75 years old, with good functions of important organs; (2) Subjective discomfort such as soreness and heaviness of lower limbs or clinical manifestations such as telangiectasia, superficial varicose veins, edema, skin pigmentation, eczema, lipid scleroderma, as well as severe healed ulcers and active ulcers;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; (2) Subjects who had previously undergone surgery on the great saphenous vein of lower limbs; (3) Patients with proximal IVC hypertension, such as subjects with chronic obstructive airway disease, chronic heart failure, liver failure, and renal failure; (4) Pregnant or expectant subjects; (5) Subjects with a history of musculoskeletal asthenia; (6) Subjects unable to cooperate with the indwelling vein puncture needle and complete the movement according to the instructions.
