65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 65 years old, weight = 50kg; Perform elective major abdominal surgery; Postoperative admission to intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of local anesthesia drug allergy; ? Severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh C grade); ? Severe renal dysfunction (pre operative hemodialysis); ? The preoperative Abbreviated Mental Test Score (AMTS) is less than 5 points; ? Have a long-term history of taking opioids and antipsychotic drugs; ? There are severe hearing and language expression disorders.
