S-ketamine group:a bolus of 0.2 mg/kg of S-ketamine during the period of anesthesia induction
Control group:a bolus of 0.2 mg/kg of normal saline during the period of anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who choose to undergo holmium laser lithotripsy; (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) ASA classification II-III; (4) Agree to accept this experiment and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Take painkillers or sedatives 24 hours before surgery; (2) Have a history of serious cardiovascular disease; (3) History of neurological or psychiatric disorders; (4) Long term alcoholism.
