Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Phase I in vitro studies: previously healthy men or women aged 18-75 years. ? Phase II clinical study: Previously healthy men or women aged 18-75 years with clinical need for coronary CTA. ? Sign the informed consent and agree to provide blood samples for relevant laboratory testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Recent ( 10 minutes) CPR; ? Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; ? Recent (< 2 weeks) smoking and drinking; ? Pregnant women.
