18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Unilateral anterior cruciate ligament rupture without meniscus injury; (2) The first anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery was performed, with a graft type of hamstring tendon; (3) Postoperative 0-4 weeks; (4) Age: 18-40 years old; (5) Gender: Male.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous injuries and/or surgeries to the same or opposite lower limb; (2) At the fifth week after surgery, the active joint range of motion for knee flexion was still less than 90 °; (3) WBV contraindications: acute thrombosis or acute arterial occlusion, acute inflammation of the musculoskeletal system, acute disc herniation and abdominal hernia, recent fractures, kidney and gallbladder stones, unhealed wounds, rheumatoid arthritis, epilepsy; (4) Previously received full body vibration training to avoid training or memory effects.
