18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective unilateral mastectomy with or without axillary surgery under general anesthesia. 2. Age 18-65 years. 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2. 4. ASA grade I-III. 5. Preoperative depression score = 8 points (HADS-D 0-21 scale).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: bilateral breast surgery, previous history of same-side breast surgery within the past three years; preoperative history of chronic pain; hypertension and diabetes; preoperative language communication and cognitive impairment; history of severe mental or neurological disorders, drug abuse or psychiatric medication misuse, severe visual and hearing impairments, and contraindications related to esketamine.
