Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal endoscopy with sedation 2.Age 18-65 years 3.BMI > 28 kg/m2 4.ASA grade II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency endoscopic surgery 2.Patients with severe COPD 3.Patients with hemodynamic instability before surgery 4.Patients at risk of aspiration 5.Pregnant women
