Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were ranged from 18 to 75 years old; patients were diagnosed pathologically with WHO III-IV glioma; The maximum diameter of the tumor is = 3cm, and the number of recurrent lesions is = 3; Normal organs function (heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, bone marrow, etc.) tolerate stereotactic radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: metastasis; Pregnance or lactating; patients had other serious systemic diseases or synchronous multiple primary malignancies; The volume of recurrent lesions is too large (the maximum diameter of the tumor is greater than 3cm) or the number of recurrent lesions is greater than 3.
