Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with congenital cleft palate or congenital cleft lip and palate and who underwent cleft palate reconstructive surgery 2.Patients were less than 1 year old 3.The patient's caregivers gave informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other critical or chronic diseases 2.The caregivers could not complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of the investigator
