Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Outpatients treated in the Pediatric Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Guanganmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences / Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University. ? Patients meeting Western medical diagnostic criteria for Tourette's disorder, aged 3-18 years. ? Have had at least one follow-up visit and a traditional Chinese medicine treatment duration of no less than 2 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who were previously diagnosed with conditions such as chorea, autism, tardive dyskinesia, Wilson's disease, epilepsy, conversion disorder, childhood schizophrenia, drug-induced delayed movement disorder, or acute movement disorders before their initial visit. ?Patients with concomitant major diseases, such as autoimmune diseases, requiring alternative treatment approaches.
