18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HbA1c and fasting/random blood glucose levels were detected before surgery, blood gas analysis or blood glucose monitoring was performed =1 times during surgery, ASA grade I to III, age =18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breastfeeding persons; Obesity (BMI =30kg/m2); Total parenteral nutrition or enteral nutrition before operation; Acute and chronic pancreatitis; Severe dysfunction of liver and kidney function; There were definite infected persons before operation; Terminal cancer patients; Renal failure or routine dialysis; History of organ transplantation; Patients using immunosuppression or chemotherapy; Sustained hormonal therapy or occurrence of myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, embolic or thrombotic stroke less than 14 days before surgery; Patients with congestive heart failure or severe arrhythmia within 28 days before surgery; Operation time less than 1 hour, emergency surgery; Intraoperative hypotension (blood pressure 20% below baseline and lasting more than half an hour) and hypoxemia (SpO2<90% and the duration is more than 5 minutes).
