18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) drug-resistant temporal lobe epilepsy, 2) with ictal asystole, 3) accompanied by ictal semiology of fall.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with significant neurological/psychiatric disorders, and severe medical diseases other than epilepsy, which might hamper appropriate understanding and completion of the video EEG, will be excluded. 2) Patients with asystole during nonepileptic events will be excluded.

the differences of electroencephalogram (EEG) -electrocardiogram (ECG) relationship during ictal-asystole in patients with refractory temporal lobe epilepsy with or without falls;
