18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed to MCS international diagnostic criteria formulated by Giacino in 2002 or UWS diagnostic criteria proposed by Laureys in 2010; 2. The course of disease is more than 28 days; no improvement tendency in the past 1 month; 3. No sedative or antiepileptic drugs were used in the past 1 month; 4. Stable vital signs ; 5. No obvious hydrocephalus, cerebral edema or severe cerebral atrophy; 6. Age from 18 to 70 years old; 7.Family members sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2. Previous history of traumatic brain injury; 3. Have a history of tumor; 4. Have taken sedative drugs or antiepileptic drugs in the past 1 month; 5. Unstable vital signs; 6. Obvious skull defect; 7.Family members refused to sign informed consent form.
