Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Clinically diagnosed stroke, which meets the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 of the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (WHO), and there is a decline in cognition, perception or daily living ability after stroke; ?The selection of patients should cover all stages of stroke course as well as the location and size of various stroke areas; ? No sedative drugs or antiepileptic drugs were used in the past 1 month; ? no obvious skull defect in the whole brain; ?No obvious cerebral edema, no severe cerebral atrophy; ? Age 18-70 years old; ? Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?A history of neurological or mental illness; ? History of craniocerebral trauma; ? Have a history of tumor; ? Have taken sedative drugs or antiepileptic drugs in the past 1 month; ? Unstable vital signs; ? obvious skull defect in the whole brain; ?The patient's family members do not sign the informed consent.
