Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years; Imaging indicates ESCC 12-point grading as high or very high grade; presence of one or more of the following clinical manifestations: a. Local mechanical or radiating pain with progressive worsening. B. Progressive worsening of sensory dysfunction. C. Impairment of lower limb motor function. D. Impairment of sphincter function; expected survival time > 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primary malignant tumors of the spine other than spinal myeloma; intramedullary metastasis of spinal metastatic tumors; the main spinal lesions have already undergone surgery or radiation therapy; combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, severe infections, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, severe coagulation disorders, severe psychological disorders, and other conditions where general anesthesia and surgery are not tolerable.
