Low level BIS group:Maintain intraoperative BIS values between 40-60 through BIS monitoring
High level BIS group:Maintain intraoperative BIS values between 60-80 through BIS monitoring
Non BIS monitoring group:None

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 65 years; 2. Preoperative patients who plan to undergo elective hip or knee arthroplasty; 3. Patients receiving intraspinal anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of craniocerebral trauma or multiple trauma; 2. Drug-dependent patients; 3. Patients with mental and mental illness; 4. Patients with dementia or cognitive dysfunction; 5. Those who cannot understand the test-related scoring scales and who do not cooperate with the evaluation; 6. Patients with missing cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples; 7. Patients with preoperative anesthetic drugs; 8. Preoperative patients undergoing emergency orthopedic surgery; 9. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before inclusion in the study.
