Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete demographic data, aged 5-60 years old. 2. Patients planning to undergo excision of benign skin lesions such as nevuses, tumors, and scars. 3. The lesion tissue is circular or elliptical. If it is an elliptical lesion, the ratio of the short axis to the long axis of the lesion is greater than or equal to 1/2. 4. The diameter length of circular lesions is 5mm-30mm, and the short axis length of elliptical lesions is 5mm-30mm 5. The "cat ear" deformity after lesion resection can be designed as either a direct resection method or a triangular valve method for repair.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or guardians of children with mental illness who are unable to express their true intentions. 2. Patients with lesions or skin infections or other skin diseases that may affect the research results. 3. The lesion is a malignant tumor. 4. The lesion is located around surface organs such as the eyes, mouth, and nose, making it impossible to randomly select the repair method for "cat ear" deformities. 5. Patients who are not suitable for surgery due to various reasons. 6. Pregnant and lactating patients 7. Patients with other diseases that require radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or the use of steroid drugs.
