Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction: elevated cardiac biomarkers (preferred troponin cTn), with at least one value exceeding the 99 percentile limit of the reference value, accompanied by at least one of the following evidence of myocardial ischemia: ? symptoms of myocardial ischemia; ? Emerging ST-T changes or emerging left bundle branch block (LBBB); ? Pathological Q-wave appears on the electrocardiogram; ? Imaging evidence suggests new local wall motion abnormalities or loss of viable myocardium; ? Coronary angiography or autopsy confirms the presence of blood clots in the coronary artery. 2. Have good understanding and communication skills; 3. Age greater than or equal to 60 years old; 4.Voluntarily accept this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical patients; 2. Patients who fail PCI surgery 3. Previous history of mental illness, severe arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, and cardiogenic shock; 4. Individuals with severe brain, liver, kidney and other organs or other serious physical illnesses, or those with severe anxiety, depression, etc. who are unable to complete the questionnaire survey; 5. Tumor patients; 6. The New York Heart Association (NYHA) has a heart function rating of 4 and requires absolute bed rest.
