Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) is greater than or equal to 18 one full year of life, regardless of gender. (2) patients with clinically confirmed indications for cardiac surgery scheduled for elective cardiac surgery under conventional tracheal intubation anesthesia in Beijing Anzhen Hospital; (3) voluntarily signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) less than 18 years old; (2) patients with previous diagnosis of mental or psychological diseases, long-term use of psychotropic drugs or drug use history; (3) patients who were unable to cooperate with the preoperative psychological assessment, including deaf-mute patients and patients who could not communicate normally; (4) patients who had received sedative drugs within 1 week before surgery or had a history of alcohol abuse within 3 months before surgery.
