18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moved to NICU due to neurosurgical illness, and the onset time is within 24 hours; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Not using antibiotics, probiotics or other drugs that affect the gut microbiota within one month; 4. Within one month, no medication that affects coagulation function has been used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.medical history of chronic diarrhea and inflammatory bowel disease; 2. medical historyof abdominal malignant tumors; 3. medical history of tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. underlying diseases related to decreased or hyperactive coagulation function.
