Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent; 2. Advanced non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathological examination; 3. ECOG score ? 3 or patients who refuse chemotherapy; 4. Age = 18 years old; 5. Have measurable tumor lesions (helical CT scan =10mm, meet RECIST 1.1 standard); 6. Liver, kidney function, blood routine, and heart function are basically normal before medication; 7. Expected survival period = 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mutations in driver genes EGFR and ALK/ROS-1 fusion genes; 2. People who are contraindicated in the application of anti-immune checkpoint inhibitors and anti-vascular targeted drugs; 3. Any other conditions that the investigator believes that the patient is not suitable for participating in this study.
