Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? the diagnostic criteria of NAFLD; ? The age is between 18 and 60 years old; ?400U/L>ALT>40U/L, and PDFF > 8% of liver fat; ? Volunteer to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? those complicated with serious diseases such as heart, brain and lung, renal insufficiency and electrolyte disorder; ? those diagnosed as severe hepatitis (including acute, subacute and chronic severe hepatitis); ? lactating and pregnant women; ? Patients can't cooperate or are mentally ill; ? Patients with diabetes and HbA1c>7%; ? People who are allergic to the ingredients and auxiliary materials of paste.
