Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? First diagnosis of stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage), or non-first onset but no sequelae, disease duration <24 months; ? The vital signs are stable and the neurological symptoms no longer progress; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? Right-handed; ? Unilateral hemiplegia, standing and walking ability, lower limb Brunnstrom stage 3 or above; ? no serious cognitive dysfunction, can not cooperate with the assessment; ? No serious heart, lung, kidney and other related diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There was a history of brain surgery during the course of the disease; 2. There are other musculoskeletal joint diseases and nervous system diseases that affect walking; 3. There are contraindications for MRI testing (such as metal in the body, cardiac pacemakers, claustrophobia, etc.); 4. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 5. Complicated with craniocerebral trauma and tumor; 6. Have a history of seizures or have been diagnosed with epilepsy; 7. Unwilling to sign the informed consent.
