Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: Normal group: ? Age: 10-13 years old; (2) No obvious abnormalities of the shoulders, trunk, pelvis and lower limbs; The Adam test showed that the trunk rotation Angle (ATR) was less than 5 degrees; All the candidates and their parents signed informed consent forms. Suspected AIS group: ? Age: 10-13 years old; (2) Within six months, the school screening showed "suspected scoliosis", and the standard was referred to the "Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Screening and Intervention Guidelines"; ? All candidates and their parents signed informed consent forms. AIS group: ? outpatient diagnosis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis; ? Age: 10-13 years old; (3) There are standing spinal x-rays taken within the last 3 months; ? have not received surgical treatment; ? All candidates and their parents signed informed consent. Part Two: Suspected AIS group: ? Age: 10-13 years old; (2) Within six months, the school screening showed "suspected scoliosis", and the standard was referred to the "Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Screening and Intervention Guidelines"; ? All candidates and their parents signed informed consent forms. Part Three: Subject of Trial I: AIS patients: ? Age: 10-13 years old; ?Cobb Angle: 15-35 degrees; (3) Type of side bend: the main bend is chest bend and waist bend; ? Brace: not to be worn during treatment; (5) Can cooperate with the completion of treatment for 3 months, 3 times a week, 90 minutes each time; ? Can cooperate with the EOS full spine shooting before and after the test, and cooperate with the Cobb Angle and related functional tests. Subjects in Trial II: Patients with suspected AIS Suspected AIS: ? Age: 10-13 years old; (2) Within six months, the school screening showed "suspected scoliosis", and the standard was referred to the "Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Screening and Intervention Guidelines"; (3) Can cooperate to complete the intervention for 3 months, 3 times a week, 90 minutes each time; ? can cooperate with the relevant function test before and after the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: Normal group: ? obvious abnormal body posture; (2) There is more fat in the waist and abdomen, and ultrasonic observation is difficult; ? History of abdominal surgery and abnormal anatomical structure. Suspected AIS group: ? The school screening results in the past six months showed "suspected scoliosis", and the film was confirmed as "scoliosis"; (2) There is more fat in the waist and abdomen, and ultrasonic observation is difficult; ? History of abdominal surgery and abnormal anatomical structure. In AIS group: (1) pain in the waist, pelvis and lower limbs in the past 3 months; (2) There is more fat in the waist and abdomen, and ultrasonic observation is difficult; ? History of abdominal surgery and abnormal anatomical structure. Part two: Suspected AIS group: ? The school screening results of nearly half a year showed "suspected scoliosis", and the film was confirmed as "scoliosis"; (2) There is more fat in the waist and abdomen, and ultrasonic observation is difficult; ? History of abdominal surgery and abnormal anatomical structure. Part Three: Exclusion criteria: ? scoliosis progression to seriously affect cardiopulmonary function, not suitable for conservative treatment; ? Congenital scoliosis, spinal deformity, or all parts of the spine combined with spondylolisthesis, tumor, tuberculosis, fracture and other diseases ? combined with rheumatism, neuromuscular disease, cardiovascular disease, lung disease or kidney disease; ? Received spinal correction surgery; ? suffering from skin-related diseases, or skin damage can not be manipulated; (6) Persons suffering from mental illness; (7) Incomplete or unclear EOS spine photography, affecting data measurement (AIS patients).
