Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Older than 18 years; b. Patients under CKD stage 5, who accepted regular peritoneal equilibration tests (PET) in Shanghai East Hospital. c. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with malignant tumors, active liver diseases, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; b. Receiving other kidney replacement therapy during the study period; c. People with mental, cognitive, language or communication difficulties; d. Taking drugs that affect indicators of kidney function; e. Reluctance to sign informed consent.
