Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? scheduled for elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery;?Age 19-70 years old;?Operation time > 1h;?American Society of Anaesthesia (ASA) physical status classes I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney dysfunction;?Have ophthalmic or neurological diseases;?Patients with a history of ophthalmic surgery or neurosurgery;?BW>150%IBW;?Taking drugs that may affect intraocular pressure;?The boundary of the optic nerve sheath and the boundary of the transverse diameter of the eyeball cannot be clearly displayed during ultrasound measurement;?Patients with subcutaneous emphysema during operation; ? Reject participants.
