Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)The patient was diagnosed with gastric submucosal tumor (SMT) by endoscopic ultrasonography and abdominal CT without metastasis; 2) SMT tumor diameter =20mm, intracavitary length of SMT can be less than 5cm; 3)The surgical method was EFTR , and the closure method of the wound was TPS-BT gastric closure technique. 4) Explain the purpose, method and complications of the operation to the patient and his family before surgery, and sign the informed consent; 5) Between the ages of 18 and 70.0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)There were contraindications of endoscopic operation in the patient 2)Patients have a coagulopathy 3)Preoperative endoscopic ultrasonography and abdominal CT evaluation showed obvious malignant signs (tumor accompanied by ulcers, cystic changes, Swollen lymph nodes, and invasion of adjacent organs and tissues, etc.) and excluded extraluminal pressure, such as gallbladder and mutated blood vessels 4) Refuse to sign the informed consent
