18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient age > 18 years old; (2)ASA grade II-?; (3) Rheumatic and degenerative valve disease patients who need to undergo valve replacement at an appropriate time are all replaced for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with other significant coronary artery disease (=50% stenosis) or other significant cardiac abnormalities; ? Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting at the same time; ? Because of serious liver disease or blood system disease, including hemophilia, affecting the patient's blood clotting function; ? Patients with severe renal insufficiency (endogenous creatinine clearance ?20mL/min); ?Due to tumor diseases (such as hematopoietic system dysfunction, etc.), obvious bleeding tendency; ?6 months before surgery, cerebrovascular accident, including transient ischemic attack; ? Incomplete medical history, laboratory and imaging data.
