Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) moderate to severe subjective tinnitus (2) failed previous treatments; ? intracranial lesions, possible causes in middle ear or neck was not found; (4) unlimited age; (5) Informed consent for each patient can be obtained, and they are subject to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with intracranial occupational masses, head injuries, neck lesions, or middle ear diseases; (2) Individuals who are allergic to local anesthetics; ? Individuals with a tendency to bleed; (4) Those who are unable to communicate; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; (6) Informed consent cannot be obtained from the patients or legal guardian.
