Interventions

Control Group (Part 1):30 Cases of Intranasal Feeding Rice Juice Mixed with Whole Protein Enteral Nutrition Powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia, Netherlands)

Low dose group (Part 1):30 cases received nasal feeding rice juice with whole protein enteral nutrition powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia Company) and poria cocos powder 10g.

Middle-dose group (Part 1):30 cases were given nasal feeding rice juice mixed with whole protein enteral nutrition powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia Corporation) and poria cocos powder 30g.

High-dose group (Part 1): 30 cases were given nasal feeding rice juice mixed with whole protein enteral nutrition powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia Company) and poria cocos powder 50g.

Control group (Part 2):30 Cases of Intranasal Feeding Rice Juice Mixed with Whole Protein Enteral Nutrition Powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia, Netherlands)

Probiotics group (Part 2):30 Cases of Intranasal Feeding Rice Juice Mixed with Whole Protein Enteral Nutrition Powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia, Netherlands) + Probiotics

Probiotics+Poria cocos group (Part 2):30 Cases of Intranasal Feeding Rice Juice Mixed with Whole Protein Enteral Nutrition Powder (Nutrison Power, Nutricia, Netherlands) + Probiotics + Poria cocos

30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke, retain the nasal and gastric tube, and there is nutritional risk (2) 30-65 years old (3) No obvious intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms (4) Hemodynamics are basically stable (5) Know about this study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Pregnant or lactating women (2) Severe immunodeficiency, cardiac, liver and kidney insufficiency (4) The end of chronic disease (5) EN cannot continue due to gastrointestinal feeding maladjustment or other reasons
