Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: patients with type 2 diabetes (1) Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed as diabetes according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020). (2) Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) 7.0%~10.5% (including boundary value). (3) Age range from 18 to 65 years old (including boundary values), regardless of gender. (4) Male subjects weigh no less than 50 kilograms, female subjects weigh no less than 45 kilograms, and their BMI ranges from 18 to 35kg/m2 (including boundary values). (5) Fully understand and voluntarily sign the content of the informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in the research. Group 2: Healthy subjects (1) Healthy body without underlying diseases. (2) Age range from 18 to 65 years old (including boundary values), regardless of gender. (3) Male subjects weigh no less than 50 kilograms, female subjects weigh no less than 45 kilograms, and their BMI ranges from 18 to 35kg/m2 (including boundary values). (4) Fully understand and voluntarily sign the content of the informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group 1: patients with type 2 diabetes (1) In addition to type 2 diabetes and its cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, he suffers from other clinical serious diseases, including but not limited to respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, blood system, endocrine system, immune system, skin system, mental nervous system, ENT and other related diseases. (2) Individuals who cannot tolerate venous puncture or have difficulty collecting blood. (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) On the morning of blood collection, one should not take any medication, drink caffeinated beverages, or smoke tobacco products. Group 2: Healthy subjects (1) Have any clinical history or current medical history of serious diseases, including but not limited to respiratory, circulatory, digestive, hematological, endocrine, immune, skin, psychiatric, and facial related diseases. (2) Individuals who cannot tolerate venous puncture or have difficulty collecting blood. (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) On the morning of blood collection, one should not take any medication, drink caffeinated beverages, or smoke tobacco products.
