Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Have at least one history of ankle sprain in the past 12 months, resulting in pain, swelling and the time of losing or restoring normal function within one day or more; 2. The ankle joint of the affected side has the feeling of "soft leg" and/or repeated sprain and/or "unstable feeling"; 3. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score =27.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical history of any lower limb musculoskeletal structure (i.e. bone, joint structure, nerve); 2. In the past three months, other joints of the lower limbs suffered acute injuries such as fractures, resulting in at least one day of suspension of activities; 3, nervous system, vestibular system and other diseases.
