Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients met the GDM diagnostic criteria of IADPSG (International Association for the Study of Diabetes and Pregnancy) Allowed; (2) Patients with concurrent PE meet the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) "Gestational hypertension and preeclampsia" criteria 2019 edition of diagnostic criteria for PE; (3) single pregnancy; (4) Patients and their family members are informed and sign informed consent·
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease; (2) Pre-pregnancy diabetes patients were excluded. (3) Merger Mental abnormality, mental disorder or loss of consciousness; (4) There is malignant tumor disease; (5) Hearing loss and poor language communication Chang, unable to cooperate with researchers; (6) Combined with infectious diseases or immune system diseases. (7) Caused by the use of glucocorticoids Diabetes mellitus; (8) Unable to independently cooperate with the completion of study-related examinations and follow-up; (9) Participated in other activities within the first three months of enrollment clinical trials·
