Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnosis and classification criteria of diabetes recommended by the World Health Organization in 2006, it was clinically diagnosed as type 2 diabetes; (2) According to the diagnostic criteria of "2018 Chinese Expert Consensus on Herpes Zoster Neuralgia", it was clinically diagnosed as shingles, accompanied by neuralgia; (3) The course of shingles = 7 days; (4) Start receiving formal antiviral therapy within 72 hours of onset; (5) Age= 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes and special types of diabetes; (2) Acute complications of diabetes such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma and other diabetic complications in the past 1 month; (3) Hypoglycemia in the past 2 weeks; (4) Patients with other chronic pain; (5) Those with malignant tumors and rheumatic immune diseases; (5) Long-term use of psychiatric, analgesic, glucocorticoids; (6) Dysfunction of important organs.
