18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first treatment is radical treatment such as resection or ablation; No other treatment was given before the diagnosis of recurrence was confirmed; Between the ages of 18 and 80; Recurrent tumors include one isolated HCC nodule of 5cm or smaller, or up to three HCC nodules of 3cm or smaller size; It can be treated by re resection or TACE-RFA; Child - Pugh A or B grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Imaging manifestations of vascular invasion or extrahepatic metastasis; There are surgical contraindications for any treatment of liver resection, TACE, or RFA.
