18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification<Level III; (2) Age range from 18 to 45 years old; (3) Single pregnancy, head position, pregnancy = 37 weeks; (4) BMI 18.5-35 kg/m2; (5) Obstetricians evaluate that vaginal delivery can be attempted, and mothers require delivery analgesia; (6) Obtain informed consent and voluntarily participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Assessed by an obstetrician, vaginal delivery trial is not allowed; (2) History of neurological and psychiatric disorders; (3) Contraindications for spinal block; (4) High risk pregnancy (placental abruption, placenta previa, preeclampsia, etc.);
