Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing off-cardiopulmonary bypass surgery (2) Age =60 years old (3) Voluntary signing of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with dementia; (2) A history of depression or a diagnosis of depression (diagnosed by a psychiatrist); (3) Visual and auditory impairment, unable to cooperate with this study
