Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-80 years old; meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke (AIS), onset =24 hours, NIHSS = 8, and confirmation of responsible vessel occlusion in the middle cerebral artery M1 segment or internal carotid artery by MRA or CTA; first-ever AIS or previous history of AIS with pre-stroke mRS score = 1; meeting the indications for endovascular therapy as outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for Early Endovascular Intervention in Acute Ischemic Stroke 2022"; consent form signed by the patient or legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Secondary intracerebral hemorrhage; critically ill, with estimated survival of less than 3 months; history of previous organic brain diseases such as traumatic brain injury, central nervous system infections, brain tumors, etc.; history of dementia or cognitive decline prior to AIS; diseases associated with Aß pathology: cerebral amyloid angiopathy, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease; inability to cooperate with cognitive function assessments, such as severe language or mental disorders; allergy to 11C-PIB imaging agent.
